This next week will be another busy one, only 6 ½ days of school till Thanksgiving break! YAYYYYY! This week we will continue with our study of fractions, we will be working on comparing fractions and also adding and subtracting fractions.

 

November 18-22:

Monday- Homework sent home: DUE THURSDAY!

Friday- closer to Thanksgiving Break!!! 🙂

 

November 25 and 26:

Monday- No homework this week- continuing our study of fractions

Tuesday- Early release for Thanksgiving break.

Monday start our 3^rd six weeks, and our big study of fractions. This week we will start with comparing fractions and equivalent fractions.

Things to look out for this week:

• MONDAY, bring back CA #3 SIGNED!
• Homework given on Monday… due Thursday.
• Half day Wednesday- releasing at 12:00 pm
• Report cards come home Thursday- need to be SIGNED and brought back Friday.
• Friday- Fractions grade.

WOW… this year is passing by so fast! Can you believe that this week ends the 2^nd six weeks! In math we will be having a Common Assessment on Tuesday that will cover addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division word problems; along with a little bit of rounding/estimation. This grade will not be correctable and will be the students last grade for the second six weeks.

Things to look out for this week:

• Common Assessment Tuesday.
